At Multi-Craft Contractors, we make a point to listen to our clients and understand their needs before we execute our work. This method of customer service has built an impressive list of project success stories with a happy customer behind each one. Take a moment to read what a few of them have to say about MCC."I'm reaching out to thank the MCC team for the great work you've done on the Seasoning/Packaging project for Newly Weds Foods, Inc.Your team was professional throughout and facilitated the project's completion within budget and on schedule.Additionally, I'd like to specifically highlight Carl.Very professional and proactive throughout the process, and provided a level of support that was unmatched.Carl understood critical points of the project and was pivotal to its success.Besides all the great things mentioned above, he is also a very personable guy, which made the process more enjoyable from start to finish.Your entire team performed great, Electrical caught up to speed and I also appreciated the ideas from your Welder Brett. All this to say, thank you for all and we will keep you in mind for future opportunities.""Don Peters Const. would like to formally recognize your team for their fantastic performance. The project has had many delays and design issues that have complicated the project that Bayler and his team has successfully navigated with the utmost professionalism and skill. Bayler and this team accepted the challenge of the tight time constraints and spearheaded their scope, stayed right with the framing crews, other trades and met every challenge with skill and determination to provide our clients and DPC with an exceptional product. We look forward to all current and future projects. They have provided a level of comfort that I expect in a project.""Thank you for getting this project done for me it’s been a sore topic for quite some time now. The crew that you brought to my facility worked well together and adhered to our safety protocol which can slow work down. But you guys worked with me and I am extremely happy about the end result. Everyone on your team was on time and ready to work late on day one to meet the deadline which makes a tremendous difference in who I pick moving forward when I have tight timelines. I’ve always approached contractors from the view of what can I do to help you become successful and what is that you need from me so that the job is as smooth as possible. You delivered on that plus some and I greatly thank you on how my perception in plant has change because of your help. Keep it up!""We were in the process of commissioning the water system in the utility annex. Again, we needed additional support to fix water leaks and repairs that were identified. Randy was contacted. He and his team went over and above to get the foaming stations and CPS running that day. This was not easy because he was already working on 4 other items when we approached him about the additional support needed. Randy adjusted his schedule, staying late, and adjusted his resources to make this happen without impacting other items that needed to be completed.""I have worked with MCC since 1998 on millions of dollars in successful projects. Every project ended with success. There was no doubt in my mind that if MCC was doing a big project over the weekend, we would start on time and key people were there to take care of small things. There was never a question of who was the customer and what the expectations were. MCC was there to make it right and be right on time. Promises made were promises kept.Recently, we selected a team of MCC and McClelland Engineers to work with our team at the Springdale Water Utilities Wastewater Facility. MCC had the right skill set to help us manage the project, move product, install the dryer and boilers, install custom conveying and advanced electrical engineering and interface with the Huber dryer. To see this facility and the operation is truly impressive and a testimony to excellence and craftsmanship. The most important thing MCC brought to the table was its people and the honesty and integrity they possess in their dealings. Trust is one of the most important factors in a business relationship. I trust MCC to make it right and keep their promises, every time."“We appreciate Multi-Craft’s skills and their in-depth knowledge of our operation. We both believe in safe and efficient work. We want Silgan and Multi-Craft employees to go home safely each and every day. We also work together to coordinate and schedule to maximize plant production. MCC has all the trades and skills that we need. No job is too big or difficult for them. MCC is just what I’m looking for in a construction partner.“"I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your immediate response on Friday night to get me to your service dept, and that I was able to speak with a live person. Your staff showed up bright and early Sat morning to get us started and stuck with us all weekend in order to get us back to functioning. They were bombarded by some staff but they were very patient and helped them out and answered their questions. I just wanted to let you know that I very much appreciate it as does OCH. It’s great to get such excellent service!!
